    Wonderful Pillow. Highly Recommended!
    I purchased the Prop-Up Pillow to help alleviate the symptoms of acid reflux onset by my pregnancy.

    At first I tried a recommendation from a colleague to raise the head of my bed a few inches. This resulted in both my husband and I slowly sliding down the bed and ending up scrunched up at the bottom in the morning. Using regular pillows did not work either as I would end up with a serious neck ache and a very uncomfortable burning sensation in my esophagus proving that method was not helpful either.

    Then I found the Prop-Up Pillow online. I decided to call the company to ask a few questions before I ordered the pillow. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the product and the condition. I placed my order and received the pillow within a very short period of time. FINALLY I can sleep the entire night comfortably and my acid reflux symptoms have disappeared. My due date is coming up very fast and I love this pillow more and more each night.

    I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who is suffering from Acid reflux.

    Overall the product is reliable and a good value. We have tried several types and this model has the best sensitivity and enough features to allow many different uses.

    Handy meter to have
    My wife and I and our friends all have one of these and they keep track of our walks, we use them as a meter to guage our distance and speed.

    Easy to use. you wont want to walk without one after you use it once.

    The pedometer is smaller than some more expensive one’s so that is good.

    It doesn’t have a stop and start button though, so it is either counting, or set back to zero. I prefer ones witha start/stop botton so it doesn’t over count steps if you have to take it off and put it back on, if you change clothes, go to the bathroom, et cetera, without wanting to restart your counting back to zero.

    But considering the price, you can’t expect to much.

    Great for the price.
    I gave these to my walking group for the holidays and they loved them. They were a cheep looking but for the price, they did the trick!

    Not worth it!
    This product only comes with one pedometer, and there is no way to choose what color you are given. I was planning to get 5 pedometers (since there was no indication in the product detail or in the picture) so I got 5 leshes, but since there was only one that came, I am left with 4 leashes. I tried out the pedometer for about one day, and then gave it to my friend. I suggest spending your money on a different product.

    Good work out for anyone of any age
    I originally picked this up in the WalMart bargin bin. Little did I know how good it would be! There are 2 workouts (one for strength, and one for flexibility), as well as a warm up and cool down. At first I thought is was a pretty reasonably easy work out, but then she got to repetitions 4 and 5! Sometimes I just do the first 2 or 3 reps to get me going in the morning (good for those who are just starting out with exercise). If I really want to sweat, I’ll do all 5. These exercises are both invigorating, and relaxing. Theresa has a very soothing voice, and is very good at explaining proper position to maximize the work out and prevent injuries. I highly recommend this work out, expecially for those starting out after a hiatus from exercise, but also for those who want to mix up their routine a bit, or add some relaxation to their schedule!
